Prices are shown at checkout. We may cancel an order in rare stock or payment issues and will refund any charge in full.

We ship via tracked carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividPaws Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
